African Mango has been receiving a lot of attention recently, so I thought I would carry out an extensive review of why this product is proving so popular. There are a number of Afican Mango Brands on the market, but a lot have shown to be inferior products. I am reviewing the African Mango Plus here, which is one of the purist of products and has been shown to reduce body fat within just a short period.
African Mango is being used by celebrities and fitness experts to help lose pounds and get the trim body they’ve been after. So what is the secret of African Mango? African Mango is a rare mango harvested in the rainforests of Cameroon, Africa. African Mango, otherwise known as Irvingia gabonensis, produces a seed, commonly known as ‘Dikka nuts’. It is this African Mango Extract that holds the secret to weight loss.

African Mango Reviews:
There are a number of reviews online for African Mango and the majority of the reviews gave this product their full endorsement. When it comes to actual weight loss, results do vary in how long it will take to lose weight. There are some reviews from people who have lost 27lbs in 30 days, but this does seem to be the exception. On average, reviewers have experienced weight loss of around 12 lbs a month, and also a couple of inches off their waist which is good news.
Apart from weight loss, reviews have also highlighted that they have experienced an increase in their energy levels after taking African Mango. This is probably also attributed to losing the weight, which will make you feel better overall.
The reviewers that achieved weight loss and increased energy levels all used African Mango as part of a diet program. They all tended to eat only sensible foods and did exercises, from simple exercises for 20 mins per day, to using gym equipment. There are however a few of the reviewers, who found that African Mango did not work for them. One of these expressed concerns that they had not lost weight after 1 week! Not all weight loss supplements will work for everyone, but you do need to work at it to get results.

African Mango Recommendation:
According to our research, African Mango has been shown to be an effective natural diet pill – weight loss aid. It is important to stress, that with any supplement, you must eat sensibly and get more exercise – whether you go to a gym, or do exercises in the home or outdoors. You cannot expect it to work on its own.
It is an effective appetite suppressant with no known side effects and has received considerable positive media attention. In view of this, I would give it our recommendation.
Although there are a number of African Mango suppliers on the market, the best offer I have managed to find is that from African Mango Plus.
